What Is This?

Fooducated™ started out as a blog inspired by my desire to eat everything. Throughout most of my first year at Washington University in St. Louis, I ate a new dish every day in an attempt to eat every dish on Wash U’s menu. I didn’t even get close to finishing.

Now I’m a Junior and I live in an apartment far away from campus dining facilities. Fooducated is about learning to love cooking. It’s about recipes that are easy, quick, and packed with flavor. I’m looking for dishes that you can make often and never get sick of. Fooducated will be reworking the instructions to help busy students organize their cooking and minimize their mess. And most recipes will be flexible and forgiving enough that measurements can be eyeballed.
